Industry Veteran Kevin O’Brien Offers Over 34 Years of Experience in Engineering and Construction Specializing in Mission-Critical Facilities

NEW YORK, NY – September 23, 2015 – conceptcsi, a client-centric, full service construction firm specializing in mission-critical, interiors and technical-build projects, announces today it has appointed Kevin O’Brien to the new position of Executive Vice President.
